About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst with HQ, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Plans Directorate, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Duties
Plan, organize, and conduct business assessments related to strategic plans.
Lead Operational Planning Teams (OPT) to plan, set goals, and objectives.
Develop criteria for evaluation, develop Courses of Action for decisions on planning, organizing, and conducting assessments.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 50% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative methods, techniques, and tools to measure, assess, and determine the effectiveness and efficiency of business practices; experience with core values and concepts of business principles practices, objectives, issues, applications, and methodology to provide guidance, ensure compliance, train, advise and assess business management performance and future capabilities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
