As a Lead Information Technology Specialist (Cloud Engineer/INFOSEC) at the GS-2210-13, you will be part of the Office of Information Technology, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will serve as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist in the System Administration Branch, Infrastructure Management and Operations Division (IMOD), Office of Information Technology (OIT) as the Technical/Security/Exchange-Outlook Lead for the Agency's cloud computing efforts.
Duties
Serve as the operations and management principal for the Agency's cloud services, maximizing services automation and control.
Lead Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Engineer analyzing, designing planning, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring performance.
Lead cloud services requirements analysis, design, planning, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance analysis, and security and cost management for the enterprise.
Develop systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures for the Agency’s cloud services.
Assist, establish, and maintain robust governance, compliance, and risk management programs for the Agency's cloud services.
Develop and implement programs to ensure that cloud users are aware of, understand, and adhere to systems security policies and procedures, this include diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported security incidents.
Analyze and implement Federal security guidelines, testing solutions, and documenting guidelines per the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and the Agency's security policies.

Qualifications
IT-related experience; experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. Experience must have demonstrated each of the four competencies listed below.

For the GS-13: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service. Specialized experience must include demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud Services operations; Azure Architect, Azure Administration, or Senior Cloud Engineer; Network security operations; and Collaboration Applications.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 13 level.
