You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MILITARY SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Facility (LTF) Pacific (PAC) (LTF PAC) of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.
Duties
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will be responsible for administering, compiling, coordinating and preparing staff evaluation and fitness reports, performance information memoranda, and course completion reports.
You will serve as one of the LTF PAC System Administrators for the Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS).
You will administer Departmental Personnel Security and classified material shipping and receiving programs for the LTF PAC Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility.
You will coordinate with Training Support Center {TSC) San Diego to perform LTF SD student/class oversight functions and is responsible for monitoring student/class databases for accuracy.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing staff and student evaluation and fitness reports, memoranda, and course completion reports; 2) Utilizing systems in order to process and monitor training and security clearance and adjudication information; 3) Applying administrative skills (e.g., time management, work scheduling, priorities) to effectively manage extensive workloads; 4) Compiling and analyzing data to identify trends, deficiencies and accomplishments.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
