About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst in the G8, Manpower and Force Analysis Division, TDA Documentation and Force Analysis Branch.
Duties
Track Installation Management Command’s (IMCOM) manpower requirements and allocations.
Formulate, manage, review, interpret, analyze, and evaluate installation management programs and projects.
Plan, organize, analyze, review and carry out annual and multi-year manpower programs in support of the administrative and management requirements of HQ IMCOM.
Develop long-range manpower resourcing guidance for subordinate activities in accordance with broad agency program policies and objectives.
Represent IMCOM and defend resources to the Army's Program Budget Advisory Team.
Develop, and execute IMCOM's current and future year manpower program from preparation and development of the Army Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and through budget review.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience working with manpower allocation policies and procedures; developing manpower guidance; preparation and development of the Army Program Objective Memorandum (POM); monitoring resources by developing audit trails for databases using Program & Budget Guidance (PBG); coordinating updates to a Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA); implementing budget guidance and experience overseeing an organization's resource management activities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
