About the Position: This is a Program Analyst position with USACE Little Rock District, Programs and Project Management Division, located in Little Rock, AR.
Duties
Serves as program level monitoring and controls expert for assigned programs to include preparation and analysis of programmatic information for Project Review Boards, Program Management Reviews, and Command Management Reviews.
Responsible for the budgeting/programming process and full range of procedural and technical duties involved in the program formulation, presentation, and execution phases of assigned programs.
Functions as the program coordinator for assigned appropriations with responsibility for monitoring all assigned study/project funds.
Responsible for being cognizant and aware of all aspects of program/district related operational activities in assigned areas.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Analyzing an organization's programs to identify trends in budget and schedules for execution of programs/projects and 2) Preparing reports to recommend adjustments for projects, work orders, and expenditure schedules.
