Duties

Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG-11 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrated experience developing access control processes and procedures to include managing in-coming/out-going Visit Authorization Request (VAR) Demonstrated experience of policies and procedures on multiple Security Disciplines to include Physical Security with a focus on access control, Personnel Security, Information Security, Operations Security and policies and procedures. Demonstrated experience of reviewing and analyzing DD254 packages to ensure security requirements are met to allow physical and logical access to facilities and servers. Demonstrated experience of Badges and Identification requirements to include Facility Badge, Common Access Cards (CAC), Badge and Credentials and Courier Cards; Demonstrated experience in Oral and written communication skills Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: Communications-Communicate (i.e., written and oral) rights, responsibilities, management directives, policies, and/or regulations to employees, supervisors, and/or other pertinent individuals.
