Duties
Preforms as an expert analyst and integrator to apply advanced management and organizational principles and a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques in a dynamic experimentation environment.
Responsible for the systematic application and execution of sound management principles, to include planning, coordination, execution, measurement, evaluation, and administration of multiple approved annual experimentation events.
Implement, integrate, and evaluate a sophisticated management and administrative services program that provides direct support to the Cyber Battle Lab (CBL), a highly complex and dynamic experimentation focused organization.
Responsible for Cyber Battle Lab Knowledge Management (KM) activities, to include the creation, organization, integration, and sharing of CBL experimentation knowledge
Plans the work to be accomplished by subordinate personnel; sets and adjust short- term priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires business travel (TDY) to other duty locations 25% of the time.
- Position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
- This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and participation in random drug testing.
- This position may require a one-year trial/probationary period.
- This position is supervisory requires a one-year probation period.

Establishing, tracking, and implementing mission performance schedules, priorities, work plans, and required products to support an organizations experimentation mission. 2. Developing and implementing organizational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness in the execution of an organization's annual experimentation program. 3. Analyzing, developing, distributing, tracking, and answering all incoming and outgoing operational orders and taskers to ensure organizational experimentation responses meet the requirement.
