You will serve as a Program Manager in the Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program Office of PEO CM and UAV JNT.
Duties
You will participate with key personnel in the program office and the PEO who are responsible for defining the goals of the program and works with them in preparing comprehensive program plans for accomplishing program goals and schedules.
You will contributes to the determination of resource needs and allocation of resources (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program.
You will analyze all changes that have an impact on the acquisition and develop or direct development of responsive and effective changes in plans and strategies.
You will coordinate program efforts with other activities and personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the program and assure that schedules are maintained, difficulties are identified, and steps are taken to investigate and resolve them.
You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the assigned program.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Analyzing needs and information to develop requirements for program initiatives and plans. 2) Participating with key personnel in the program office and the PEO who are responsible for defining the goals of the program and working with them in preparing comprehensive program plans for accomplishing program goals and schedule; 3) Providing advice and assistance in determining the timing of awards'; 4) Contributing to the determination of resource needs and allocation of resources (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program; 5) Coordinating program efforts with other activities and personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the program.; and 6) Serving as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the assigned program.
