As a Senior Project Management Specialist, you will:

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
-Experience with the estimating, development, management, and oversight of allocated project funds. This experience must include the ability to track in detail obligated/unobligated funds, budget vs. actual funds expended and the ability to ensure funds are obligated in a timely manner based on contractual time constraints, AND
-Experience using both COTS budgeting software and excel spreadsheets to track funding for projects; AND
-Experience using design tools such as AutoCAD, MS project, Revit or any other Building Information Modeling (BIM) software programs. Incumbent must have experience in not only using these tools but demonstrate strong analysis experience in designing space that is both functional and appealing when designing office space; AND-Performing project management on commercial space management and alteration projects.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
