Duties
Responsible for the overall operation, management, personnel supervision and administration of a small to medium size retail coffee shop activity. Duties include ensuring maximum merchandising within the store, accuracy of accounting records and operational reports, security of cash receipts, planning, budgeting, execution of retail merchandising presentations, selling, stocking, displaying, efficient personnel utilization and training, and effective security of funds, property, and merchandise to prevent pilferage and fraud.

Qualifications
Experience in supervising retail business that demonstrates knowledge of merchandising, business administration, accounting procedures, and personnel supervision. Comprehensive knowledge and skill in the application of primary policies, regulations, principles, techniques, and procedures used in the proper administration of retail operations for efficient operation, and proper control of merchandise, and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
