Duties
As a/an Management Analyst, you will:
Assist the Grievance Officer for OCIO with responsibility for receiving and monitoring grievances and designating deciding officials.
Participate with the Budget Officer in formulation personal services budget estimates and in developing budget allotments.
Assist in providing advice and guidance to Headquarters and Field Managers on employee relations issues.
Analyze and evaluate major administrative aspects of substantive, mission oriented programs.
Establish and operate a system for controlling and maintaining all Headquarters and Field personnel actions.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience is one (1) full year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:
- Performing analytical studies and projects; AND
- Conducting studies and recommending changes or improvements in administrative policies and regulations; AND
- Developing new or modifying program policies, regulations, goals or objectives; AND
- Providing assistance and support to an organization and high-level managers on workforce management matters; AND
- Preparing reports and briefing supervisors, management and staff on workforce management issues.
