ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Source Operations and Management Front Office is seeking a motivated candidate to join the dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an exciting career-broadening opportunity for all executive support professionals or those wanting to expand their experience in a critical executive office mission for the intelligence community. The candidate will work on a wide range of duties with collaboration across NGA, DOD, Industry, Academia and the Intelligence Community.Additional Application Requirement: You may be asked to complete one or more assessments in addition to the application you submit on this website as part of your application to NGA. Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: 1. Proficient at working in a fast-paced, high-tempo front office work environment while managing multiple high priority tasks simultaneously.2. Self-motivated professional with meticulous attention to detail requiring minimal corrections and the ability to work independently.3. Ability to manage meetings utilizing modern office tools and technologies including video conferencing, voice conferences, Microsoft Teams, etc.4. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. 5. Experience working with Senior Executives or Military leadership.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communications, English, Public Administration, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in the performance of executive or general officer administrative support, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience in the performance of executive or general officer administrative support, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Experience in travel planning utilizing DTS.2. Understanding of NGA and the Intelligence community3. Experience providing external visit and internal meeting coordination for foreign officials.
