This position is located within Navy Region Southwest MWR reporting to the NRSW Regional Marketing Program Manager supporting the educational and outreach mission of Fleet & Family Readiness programs. The responsibilities of this position will develop strategies to deliver compelling digital marketing campaigns that specifically support Fleet & Family Support (FFSC) and Navy Wounded Warrior (NWW) programs both from a marketing and commercial sponsorship perspective.

Requirements

• Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
• Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to carry items up to 40lbs.

Qualifications

A degree in Business Management or Business Administration or 5 years equivalent experience and specialized training in digital marketing is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to solicit commercial sponsorship, negotiate agreements and prepare after-action reports. Ability to understand, adhere to and explain complex regulations, instructions and directives as related to Commercial Sponsorship that supports FFSC and NWW programs. Ability to develop customized presentations and address groups. The incumbent must display knowledge of digital marketing and promotional techniques for effective advertising and dissemination of program information. Skilled in effectively organizing and utilizing all available resources within the program framework. Must have a high degree of proficiency, skill and knowledge with computer programs including desktop, publishing, Power Point, Word, Excel and other business applications. Must have high proficiency in the management of website development, electronic media, social media and abilities to develop marketing materials within a digital environment.
