This position works in the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), providing strategic analysis, technical assistance, project management, and performance measurement, analysis, and reporting in support of DEI and EEO programs through the utilization of databases and operating systems to achieve Court and program goals, objectives, and performance targets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Public Administration, or a related field, plus five (5) years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures.  Education Substitution:  Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field plus five (4) years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures.  Business Analytics/Intelligence certification and/or Project Management Professional preferred. The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.  If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
