The Program Analyst position is located in the Office of the Register of Wills of the Probate Division and provides assistance with strategic and tactical program analysis. The incumbent will serve as an evaluator and adviser to management on the effectiveness and efficiency with which Probate carries out assigned programs and functions in compliance with applicable court and division policies, court rules, business processes and standard operating procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED certificate plus seven (7) years of administrative experience which includes two (2) years of computer experience in a Windows environment. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of administrative experience which includes 2 years of computer experience in a Windows environment and one (1) year of Program Analyst or Business Analyst experience or equivalent Education can be substituted for experience. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.  If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
