You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Support Equipment Engineering Division, Weapons & Energetics Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and NAVSEA Program entities to ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion, meeting Navy and customer standards.
You will manage material procurement for various shipbuilding programs.
You will research and develop procurement packages and strategies for General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment (GPETE) items.
You will identify, manage, escalate, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout procurement lifecycle.
You will assist with project briefs that include financial analysis, equipment status, and engineering efforts.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge and experience of procurement processes; 2) Communicating effectively to assist in presenting project concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in order to build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team; 3) Tracking multiple projects and deadlines and effectively managing the workload, identifying potential problems and developing mitigation plans.
