This position is located in the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary (OST), Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Office of Cybersecurity and Information Protection, Office of the Chief Privacy Officer. This position serves as the DOT Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) Clearance Officer to oversee the DOT PRA program.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience analyzing programs, providing advisory services and technical assistance to agencies to ensure policy compliance with information collection activities and reporting requirements to minimize costs and burden imposed on the public.
Experience in leading and coordinating the activities of Information Collection Clearance Officers in the submission of all information collection requests to ensure that they meet the standards of established agency guidelines for a paperwork reduction act program.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Organizational Performance Analysis - Knowledge of the methods, techniques, and tools used to analyze program, organizational, and mission performance; includes methods that deliver key performance information (for example, comparative, trend, diagnostic, root cause, predictive) used to inform decisions, actions, communications, and accountability systems.
Leadership - Influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.
