Duties

Serve as a Program Analyst for the Environmental and Munitions Design Center (EMDC) performing routine and recurring budget and/or program analyst duties. Develop project budgets and/or schedules. Compile programmatic and/or budget data for use common budget and/or project data reports. Apply common funding authorizations, appropriations, and/or applicable laws used to make decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve funding deficiencies with staff.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
• The duties of this position require Travel up to approximately 10% of the time.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
