The Smithsonian Institution is the world’s largest museum, education, and research complex, with 21 museums and the National Zoo. This position is located in the Smithsonian Institution's Office of Facilities Management and Reliability. The Office of Facilities Management and Reliability provides the full range of building services through maintenance and operational zones.
Duties
The Management and Program Analyst will perform a variety of data management duties.

Qualifications
Experience:
GS:9: You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level in the Federal Service or comparable pay band system. For this position specialized experience is defined as maintaining data in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); conducting quality assurance and the analysis of data associated with asset management which includes maintaining asset records, historical maintenance records, work task completion data, failure reporting, corrective action resolutions, planned, preventive and predictive maintenance activities; and providing data analysis statistics on database and service provider work efforts.
Or Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B., or J.D. related to the position.
