This position is located in the Financial Management Directorate, Library Collections and Services Group.
Duties
The position serves as a Lead Program Analyst in the Financial Management Directorate (FMD), Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG), at the Library of Congress (LOC) and reports to the Director, FMD. The position is responsible for designing, developing and utilizing data collection instruments, gathering data from external sources, integrating and analyzing data and reporting trends in preparation of the LCSG budget plan, individual service unit and division annual budget performance plans, and program performance assessment. The position is responsible for business process improvement in a financial arena, management reviews, and organizational analyses that support management and annual planning, program review, and budget preparation for LCSG.

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
