Duties

Coordinates efforts of simulation database creation, OPFOR efforts, scenario writers, MSEL development and management, and Academics instructors. The Lead Scenario Specialist will approve documents for the lead exercise planners and contracted scenario writers to execute during the exercises. Provides doctrinal grounding, ensuring the scenario products in support of exercises and events are nested with current operational concepts within U.S. Army, Joint, and multinational alliance frameworks. Develops doctrinally correct Joint Task Force level plans and Mission Orders that integrate Rotational Unit training objectives, Senior Trainer guidance, Army Doctrinal Publications, regional trends, and emerging joint doctrine. Serves as senior SME for Army, Joint, Partner and Allied warfighting concepts within Joint Multinational Pacific Readiness Center (JPMRC) scenario design.
