The position is in the Data Analysis and Strategic Planning Branch as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for the creation, preparation, and final OHO management review prior to dissemination of management and statistical information regarding OHO operations.

Duties
Coordinates with staff to review incoming information, statistical reports, and administrative reports and reviews response for accuracy of information prior to release.
Serves as a secondary point of contact for the Assoc. Comm. and the Dep. Comm. for sensitive, confidential, and urgent matters concerning OHO?s support in the areas of management info, statistical studies, strategic planning, and research analysis.
Coordinates designs, tests, and submits computer software queries or computer programs to produce statistical data and analytical reports used in confidential and sensitive assignments.
Coordinates across components in the design, development, and implementation of statistical tabulations, text descriptions, and briefing
cont'd presentations from computer databases and historical documents for senior leadership briefings and decision-making.

Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14, the applicant must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience should include planning, scheduling, and conducting studies and projects to evaluate and recommend ways to improve data collection, presentation, and reporting systems; skill analyzing data reports and synthesizing information to identify and resolve problems or issues or assess progress; experience in performing empirical analysis using large-volume micro-data for the purpose of making recommendations to decision makers on policy or operational issues; and must have skill executing logical, detailed, and difficult computer programming code and/or query language code.
