Provides leadership in coordinating major projects, which cross program lines, and is responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of organizational projects and studies related to the Quality Management System (QMS). Is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. Serves as the focal point for the Directorate's QMS Program.

Duties

A subject matter expert who provides leadership in coordinating major projects that crosses program lines. As the focal point for the Directorate's QMS Program, the incumbent is responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of operational projects and studies of major significance to the Directorate. Analyzes and evaluates organizational program accomplishments related to quality management, in order to identify any existing or potential problems areas, trends, significant accomplishments, merit, and deficiency situations within the assigned program/organization.
