Incumbent serves as the Manager of the Employment Services Branch and reports to the Regional Human Resources (HR) Director for the Southwest Region. The manager has oversight for planning, developing, executing and directing regional human resources management, compensation and employment programs including merit promotion, internal placement, recruitment, special placement programs and qualification determinations.
Duties
He/She provides direct supervision and technical guidance to Branch employees who are responsible for the delivery of recruitment, staffing, compensation, and position management services to customer organizations.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- A one-year supervisor/managerial probationary period may be required.
- This is not a remote or full-time telework position.
