You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Directorate of NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will support the execution of the strategic communication plan through regular reviews, establishment of accountability techniques, and develops new and more effective/efficient methods, tools, and systems for the communication program.
You will set objectives for and collect informational training materials/presentations from the Directorates for the purpose of educating a diverse audience regarding the organization's functions, programs, and initiatives.
You will present recommendations to senior leaderships for improvement based on the analysis of Suggestion/ make a difference box queries.
You will prepare correspondence, papers, briefings and reports and provides recommendations orally or in writing to organization management to aid in the assessment of actionable events or projects.
You will interface with a wide variety of individuals at all echelons of internal and external organizations and take part in studies that range from relatively simple, to high, to the highly complex.
You will carry out responsibilities that require a mastery of communication principles and techniques, an advanced use of analytical procedures, and expertise in interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
(1) Developing, implementing, and managing integrated communication strategies and products to convey organizational information to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
(2) Advising and assisting senior level leadership in the development and consolidation of strategic and operational briefs
(3) Advising and assisting senior leadership in implementing strategic communication vision, strategies, planning projects and events.
(4) Preparing and conducting relevant training for leadership and staff.
