Duties
You will serve as an Office Assistant in support of multiple divisions within the Corporate Operations Department to provide administrative support to Division employees and support staff
You will assist with or make travel arrangements for division personnel to include making reservations, preparing travel authorizations and claims in DTS
You will maintain the division travel and leave calendars and review all travel documentation for compliance with DoD, DoN and Corona Division policy.
You will maintain the Division Managers calendars and schedules appointments and meetings using Microsoft Office Suite; as well as receive phone calls and visitors.
You will make complete arrangements for meetings and conferences, reserve facilities and equipment, coordinate security notifications, organize support materials, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes of the meeting, if required.
You will prepare and distribute a variety of Navy correspondence, documents and forms using Microsoft Office applications; as well as, provide time and attendance support in Navy ERP.
You will perform as the Records Custodian ensuring compliance with records management for the division in accordance with DoD, DoN and other statutes, federal regulations and directives.
You will ensure records, regardless of the media, are properly filed and are easily retrievable, and eligible records are purged annually and obsolete material is discarded.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) pay band providing clerical or administrative support to include providing clerical support to include preparing, proofreading, or editing correspondence, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and answering phones in accordance with organizational practices and procedures.

Education
Education may be used to substitute experience with the following:
- Successful completion of four years of education above high school; OR
- A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience.
