You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST (SCI) in the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER (01), SSO SECURITY STAFF (01N) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

Requirements

- You must become and maintain Security Professional Education Development (SpeD) certification in Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and Physical Security Certification (PSC).
- You will have two years to obtain the certification if not already possessed.
- You must continue to meet Director, Central Intelligence Directive 6/4 (DCID 6/4) criteria as long as this position is occupied.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience evaluating a situation and making a quick decision on what actions need to take place to protect classified information and national security;
Experience reading and interpreting regulations and applying those regulations to unique Navy requirements;
Experience applying multiple classification guides to properly classify Navy products.
Experience in and have a broad understanding of Navy physical security requirements.
