You will serve as an AIRCRAFT MECHNICAL PARTS REPAIRER in FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will have thorough knowledge of the procedures necessary to perform final operational tests of items reworked or overhauled
You will be skilled in applying and adapting knowledge of equipment, adjustments, test procedures and test facilities and equipment to overhaul and modify components and assemblies.
You will have an understanding technical information sources and other applicable publications and they interpret and apply the technical data.
Requirements

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position requires rotating shift work.

A) 1) Utilizing mechanical repair processes and procedures, complex electrical principles to diagnose, repair, and test a wide variety of mechanical components or assemblies; 2) Utilizing complex shop and trade practices to check for parts for critical dimension and make necessary adjustments to determine whether to repair or replace aircraft parts; 3) Utilizing various hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and instruments to complete complex Aircraft Mechanical tasks. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
B) 1) Utilizing mechanical repair processes and procedures, difficult electrical principles to diagnose, repair, and test a wide variety of mechanical components or assemblies; 2) utilizing difficult shop and trade practices to check for parts for critical dimension and make necessary adjustments to determine whether to repair or replace aircraft parts; 3) Utilizing various hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and instruments to complete difficult Aircraft Mechanical tasks. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.
C) 1) Utilizing mechanical repair processed and procedures, general electrical principles to diagnose, repair, and test a wide variety of mechanical components or assemblies; 2) Utilizing general shop and trade practices to check for parts for critical dimension and make necessary adjustments to determine whether to repair or replace aircraft parts; 3) Utilizing various hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and instruments to complete difficult Aircraft Mechanical tasks. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
