You will serve as a VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST in the MARINE CORPS RECRUITING COMMAND responsible for print production / reproduction, promotional item production, warehousing / distribution, and associated contract management.

Duties

You will share fully in the development of section plans, goals, objectives and milestones. You will research the needs of the sales force through market research and analysis. You will recommend, plan, and defend budgets for the Recruiter Support Program. You will manage the distribution of all recruiter support materials. You will act as content collection and special events coordination.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the creation, production and distribution of new recruiter support materials AND gathering input and feedback from users to improve products. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
