About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees.
Duties
Review work orders to ensure all pertinent information is included according to established guidelines.
Upload data to the IUID National Registry to maintain reports.
Enter data into National IUID Registry to assure the satisfaction of various customer requirements.
Refer to technical dictionaries and software handbooks to facilitate assignments.
Monitor arrangement of statistical and tabular material involving numerous headings and subheadings.

General Experience: One year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled, such as: communicating with Work Order Analyst to process Public Work service orders; communicating verbally and electronically through email or over the telephone; ensuring there is clear communication in order to have all the correct information required to process any work order submitted by the requestors through the system; conducting research using EXCELL, Word, and Power Point; AND developing spreadsheets for presentations in meetings.
