You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (SUPPORT SERVICES) in the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DIVISION of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Duties
You will conduct studies related to the programs, processes and functions of the Administrative Support Division.
You will assist with the preparation and presentation of materials for informal/formal meetings.
You will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and providing guidance and support to senior analysts based on facts obtained from studies, investigations, and technical evaluations.
You will collect and evaluate data, recognize weaknesses and recommend solutions to improve the Administrative Support Division.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Analyzing and evaluating operating programs; identifying problems and trends; compiling data to prepare reports based on organizational progress to recommend improvements and modifications to program goals, objectives and milestones.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Performing analytical and evaluative work for operating programs; compiling program data to identify problems and trends; and preparing reports based on organizational progress to recommend modifications of program goals, objectives and milestones.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For GS-07:
One full year of graduate level education;
~OR~
Superior academic achievement.
For GS-09:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
~OR~
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
~OR~
LL.B. or J.D., if related.
