You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DIVISON, CORPORATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will serve as as the Division Head for DC12000 Program and Organizational Support Division.
You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, coordinating process improvement activities, planning and conducting analysis and assessments of business processes and the organizational structure.
You will evaluate organizational and business process/problems, and develop/implement solutions.
You will execute administrative and personnel management responsibilities
You will supervise branches inclusive of multi-disciplined teams, to include Video Production specialists, technical writers/editors, information specialists, Office Manager Entry/Development program.
You will supervise branches inclusive of multi-disciplined teams, to include Naval messaging, Forms and Directives, Mail management, Command Reutilization and Disposal, Artifacts, CBA Purchasing and Command Conference room support.
You will be responsible for managing financial planning, and effectively promulgating and coordinating those practices.
You will be responsible for managing the teams Administrative budgets.
You will provide timely communication regarding any financial risks and develops mitigation plans.
You will ensure all projects within the Division have Standard Operating Procedures, and are reviewed/updated yearly or if procedural changes occur in accordance with command initiative.
You will advise staff on process improvement, planning and business process policies and procedures that optimize the use of resources in accomplishing the mission.
You will be the TPOC for Command Reutilization and Disposal contract.
You will manage Command Artifacts program including executing approved command Aircraft Weapons Maintenance plan. Incumbent will translate organization goals into objectives/assignments and assist employees in executing them.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Tasking, monitoring, and evaluating performance of others; 2) Collaborating across organizational lines to solve problems, innovating, and improving operations and processes; 3) Coordinating and/or leading a wide variety of complex and/or major work requirements; 4) Interacting, via meetings or other methods, with internal and external stake holders to resolve issues of job status, priorities and milestones; 5)Tracking procedures and schedules to eliminate conflicts and facilitate timely project completion; 6) Providing leadership and direction to subordinates by delegating specific authority to carry out their respective responsibilities while establishing employee performance standards, conducting performance appraisals, and establishing leave schedules and approval guidelines.
