Duties
Performs technical support work in one or more personnel specialties such as benefits, employee relations, staffing/recruitment, wage/classification, position management. Typical assignment(s) may include: (1) providing information on and processing benefits, (2) conducting new employee orientation and exit interviews, (4) gathering facts involving routine HR work in the above specialty areas, (5) initiating suitability adjudications. May assist in writing, revising, updating, and preparing personnel procedures and directives, special reports and correspondence.

Qualifications
Must have at least three years of experience working in a Human Resource Office OR must possess practical knowledge and skills in personnel procedures, rules, and regulations. Must possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Must be able to work in fast pace, demanding work environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks, and the flexibility to adapt with changing requirements. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must successfully obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation at the Tier III level.Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
