You will serve as a SUPV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SWFPAC, OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, FINANCE DIVISION , BUDGET BRANCH of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC.

Duties

You will review and interpret new and established directives, instructions, regulations, etc. and delegations of authority for potential impact on major program objectives, operating policies, work operations, and progress. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will furnish advisory service on ongoing financial programs to financial personnel and Comptroller. You will provide input to proposed policy changes issued by higher authority. You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 pay band or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing and monitoring budgets preparation and execution; generating status reports and conducting requirements and execution analysis.
