About the Position: You will serves as the Writer-Editor for the Army Criminal Investigations Division, Office of the Director, providing editorial support for actions going to the Director CID, senior Army leadership, Congress, and other agencies.
Duties
Perform editorial reviews on sensitive written material and products developed by the Command.
Assist staff and action officers in preparing clear, accurate, and concisely written documents representing major management issues.
Provide support for all work efforts, special projects, and unique assignments, such as preparing written products and information papers on a wide variety of issues to leadership.
Establishes new presentation formats to ensure that material is presented clearly and with no possibility of misunderstanding.
Controls and reviews incoming actions and tasking?s, which originate from a variety of sources.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Position is Non-Critical Sensitive (2).

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
