You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist for Electronic Warfare (EW) Planning in the Information Maneuver Division (IMD) of the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I). IMD is responsible for developing and integrating strategy, policy, and initiatives that guide and enable resourcing, employment, and readiness assessments across the Information Forces and Capabilities. This position is located at HQ US MARINE CORPS in Arlington, Virginia.
Duties
You will plan, develop, and coordinate ground Electronic Warfare networks with the Marine Corps Tactical Services Architecture and spectrum managers.
You will ensure that the Marine cryptologic and ground Electronic Warfare architectures are integrated and work collaboratively to share data and information internally and externally.
You will provide technical advice on a wide range of analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information techniques.
You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex data from multiple sources.
You will plan, implement, and maintain databases for intelligence assignments.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- Travel required for coordination, contingency/exercise support, briefings, conferences, and trainings.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Develop and coordinate long-term Electronic Warfare (EW) plans and policies with Department of Defense (DoD) services and national agencies;
Plan Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) enabled networks for internal and external information sharing;
Utilize electronic intelligence planning processes to coordinate joint and service staff actions that employ Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) capabilities.
