This position is located in the Deputy AC Federal Disbursement Services, Diversified Payment Services Division, International Payment Services Branch. As an ITS Operations Analyst, you will support Disbursing and Debt Management (DDM)'s mission and its strategic goals to process all International payment transactions on behalf of Fiscal Service customers.
Duties
As an ITS Operations Analyst, you will:
Analyze, reconcile, and support daily accounting related to ITS payment and receivable processing.
Provide guidance and support related to all aspects of Treasury Disbursed and Non-Treasury Disbursed international transactions.
Analyze the dynamic payment requirements of customer agencies and provide specific guidance to Internal and External stakeholders to support mission critical processing and an ever-changing requirements environment.
Serve as a SME on technical and requirement topics for the ITS applications to support business requirements, testing and validations, administrative and programmatic planning, development, evaluation, and provide recommendations to support managerial decision-making.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is experience supporting, analyzing, and researching a wide range of payment types, methods and processing requirements in order to provide and present guidance, support, and advice related to all aspects of payment processing.
Examples of this experience could include:
Experience supporting, analyzing, and researching high volume, time-sensitive operational processes; OR
Experience supporting and analyzing findings and serving as an advisor to management by making recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of programs and operations; OR
Experience researching and recommending information related to program objectives and measuring progress toward those objectives; OR
Experience presenting oral and/or written presentations to management and potential stakeholders; OR
Experience using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and/or other database applications to create presentations, reports, and/or briefings for management and potential stakeholders.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
