About the position: This position will be assigned to the Beale Lanes, Beale AFB CA.
This position is flexible, not guaranteed hours and does not receive benefits but could work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week.
Duties
Collects revenue from bowling sales and pro shop sales, and records cash sales and charges on the bowling center POS. Customer service oriented position that works bowling counter, answers telephone calls and assists bowling patrons with making reservations. Provides assistance in conducting league and tournament play. Periodically oils lanes and clears pinsetter jams when customer play is interrupted. Provides assistance in pro shop with cleaning customer bowling equipment. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of bowling area by using vacuums, wiping down tables, cleaning patio area, mopping bowlers' areas, and cleaning restrooms. Secures facility when assigned to the closing shift.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.

Qualifying Experience:
Knowledge of bowling and bowling equipment is desired. Must have cash handling experience. Must be able to carry out oral and written instructions in an effective and timely manner.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
