About the position: This position will be assigned to the Outdoor Adventure Center, Beale AFB, CA. This position is regular full time, guaranteed 35 hours per week and receives benefits.

Duties

Assists the Outdoor Adventure Center Manager with management, including planning, coordinating and evaluating diverse, year-round recreation and adventure programs, organizing, publicizing and administering a wide range of activities, operations, trips, and tours. Scope of operations includes outdoor adventure programs, two recreational pools, a 44 space family campground, equipment rental, a resale operation and RV storage lot operation. Performs managerial duties when needed. Serves as facility manager when necessary. Supervises the equipment rental operation and ensures safe and reliable equipment is maintained year round. Maintains financial records, utilizes NAF purchase card to maintain facility's needs, updates staff time keeping attendance through timekeeping software. Utilizes RecTrac system. Interacts with customers and solves customer disputes. Ensures all staff is properly trained. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• This is a drug testing designated position.
• May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Must have knowledge of equipment, rules and procedures used in the operation of outdoor activities. Must have knowledge maintaining financial and physical resources.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
