This position is located in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Division of Resource Management and Administration (DRMA), Reactor Program Services Branch II (RPSBII). The Branch Chief is Kirk Foggie.  This  position is Non Bargaining Unit.  This position is not subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure or security ownership restriction reporting requirements

Duties

As a Senior Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an advisor to staff and managers on the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned programs and functions.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated skill to develop and implement automated processes and solutions to support office initiatives. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data. Demonstrated ability to provide oversight to effectively utilize human resources. Demonstrated ability and experience working in a team environment, as a team member or as a project lead. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as experience which demonstrates knowledge of the theories, practices, and principles in the fields related to program management and analysis; resource forecasting and allocation; and demonstrates the skill to communicate administrative or policy focused information.
