Duties

USSF is seeking a civilian engineering professional to deploy war-winning capabilities on behalf of the United States Space Force with large phased array radars utilized for Space Situational Awareness, Missile Warning and Missile Defense. The Strategic Warning & Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta (SSC/SZQ) manages 7 Ground-Based Radars (5 UEWRs, PARCS, and COBRA DANE) supporting the Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Awareness mission areas. This position requires multidisciplinary professional engineering work involving the application of electronics and other engineering disciplines to determine the business and technical needs of customers in the acquisition, development, or sustainment of weapon systems, subsystems, and/or support equipment.
