This position is located in the Facility Operations Section, Facility Services Division, Integrated Support Services Directorate, Office of the Chief Operating Officer.The position description number for this position is 085594. This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position. Limited to the Agency The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.The incumbent of this position will work a flextime, full-time work schedule.

Duties

Takes part in the evaluation and identification of maintenance requirements to plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, repair, and replacement activities for buildings and building systems.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to coordinate facility maintenance operations.** Ability to conduct research and analyses to locate and resolve problems.** Ability to monitor contract performance. Ability to interact collaboratively with others. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
