You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) in the Naval Legal Services Command of NAVAL JUSTICE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will be responsible for processing student quota submissions by screening for accurate travel costs and justifications.
You will complete correspondence, instructions, notices, mailings and reports as needed.
You will review and update the NJS (Naval Justice School) course catalog ensuring all information including course descriptions, convening dates, quota submission deadlines, and related information is accurate.
You will coordinate indoctrination training for all staff and students.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Producing and updating training advisories and verifying additional instructions for courses, 2) Overseeing, drafting, preparing, and managing letters, memoranda, messages, reports and directives, 3) Referring calls and email correspondence to appropriate coordinator, department head, or lead, 4) Ensuring proper documentation of visitors.
