This is for a Supervisory Program Analyst within the Economic Development Administration (EDA). As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will serve as the Director of the Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (OIE). Reporting directly to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Regional Affairs, you will perform activities to oversee programs, policies, and advising of senior officials, as well as monitor national trends in innovation and entrepreneurship policy as it relates to economic development.

Duties

As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Support grant programs, initiatives, and objectives to evaluate the content of new or modified legislation to determine impact upon OIE programs and resources and/or in translating basic legislation into program goals, actions, and services. Evaluate and approve grant proposals that support economic development. Develop and implement internal and/or external economic programs, committees, projects, policies, systems and/or procedures. Studies, develops, and implements new initiatives and programs to achieve the goals of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
