This position is located in the Chief Information Officer Organization (CIOO) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). CIOO provides leadership, vision, definition and oversight of FDIC information systems, information security, and privacy programs. Duties
-Works with the Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst or Lead Database Administrator on large, complex BI and data warehouse efforts. Prepares written proposals for BI projects and related activities.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in administering and configuring on premise and cloud business intelligence and data orchestration tools.
