This position is located in the Management and Administrative Support Team and serves as the Management and Program Analyst (EEO).
Duties
Performs multiple, varying, complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, or more experienced professional. May act as a contributing specialist on work activities for large projects/programs/activities. Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge applicable to his/her discipline to plan and conduct functional activities for projects/programs.

- Security Requirement: Moderate Risk (5). This position requires completion and favorable adjudication of a background investigation prior to appointment.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, FG/GS-12 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is: Demonstrating the accomplishment of evaluative and analytical methods to identify and measure accomplishments and progress, revise methods, and develop new approaches to information gathering.
