This position is located in a regional, district, or area office within one of the six (6) regional offices (RO) of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The purpose of the OFCCP is to enforce, for the benefit of job seekers and wage earners, the contractual promise of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity required of those who do business with the Federal Government.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

Applicants must have at least 3 of the below to be considered minimally qualified:
1. Investigating, analyzing, and/or evaluating an organization's contract compliance in accordance with federal laws, Executive Orders, and other regulations.
2. Analyzing statistical data using software applications to perform statistical analyses with knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, principles, formulas, and practices.
3. Evaluating and/or and advising on organizational compliance with civil rights laws including Executive Order 11246, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with Disabilities Act, and/or the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act.
4. Conducting oral and written technical presentations to contractor representatives (such as chief executive officers, general counsels, and human resource staff) involving investigative strategies, analysis, and findings.
