This position is located in the Office of the Director of the Domestic Violence Division. The Management and Program Analyst provides leadership, strategic analysis, technical assistance, project management, performance measurement, analysis, and reporting in support of Division programs through the utilization of databases and operating systems to achieve Court and Division goals, objectives, and performance targets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures.  All applicants must submit a Cover Letter- Statement of Interest with their application. Education Substitution:  Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field plus five (4) years of experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures.  Doctoral or Law degree plus three (3) years of experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures.  The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.
