You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.

Duties

You will develop Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans for the full supportability of all ships homeported at Naval Station Mayport. You will develop milestones, obtain and compile information, define problems, and develop recommendations for issues to be addressed in ILS plans that directly support the ships throughout their maintenance cycle. You will manage, monitor, evaluate and coordinate the execution of ILS for all ships undergoing repair, maintenance and modernization. You will perform systems analyses of complex ILS programs and major problems associated with automated logistics systems. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans for the full supportability of all ships. Examples of specialzied experience include: 1) Develop milestones, obtain and compile information, define problems, and develop recommendations for issues to be addressed in ILS plans that directly support the ships throughout their maintenance cycle; 2) Analyze specific areas of shipboard configuration and perform specific, independent analytical assignments in support of projects and studies; 3) Perform systems analyses of complex ILS programs and major problems associated with automated logistics systems; and 4) Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
