This position is located at the 149 Fighter Wing, San Antonio, TX. The purpose is to plan, implement, and control all operational administrative aspects of aircrew resource management, aircrew training, aircrew incentive pay, various Air Force forms, Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) control, ARMS interfaces, operational reports, technical guidance, and training of assigned aviation resource management personnel.

To be considered for qualification, your resume must include relevant experience with beginning and ending dates of employment/experience reflecting the following:
Specialized Experience Required:
To qualify at the GS-09 level, you must have at least 24 months in the following: Experience, education, or training in arranging or procuring transportation for personnel, cargo or freight. Experience in pre and post auditing of freight bills, bills of lading, and personnel transportation vouchers. Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems. *For positions requiring supervisory functions; experience which included responsibility for the supervision and management of personnel.
